Voice Mail Pilot Number 600

Access Voice Mail System Press CALL1, 600

Setting up your Mailbox


1. Press VM Button or *8
2. Press 4 to Record your Greeting
3. Follow Prompts
4. Press # Until you get back to the main menu
5. Press 76 to Record Your Mailbox Name
6. Follow Prompts

Retrieving Voice Mail:

From Your Desk: Press VM or *8
From Another Desk: CALL1, 600, Extension #
From Outside of Office: Call Office Number or Back Door Number____________
Press # and Extension # when you hear Company recording

Listening Options

You can do the following, at any time during the Message:

Hear the Time and Date of your Message: Press 84
Forward the Message to another Mailbox: Press 63
Rewind message: Press 22
Go to next message: Press 5
Reply Press 73
Save Press 72
Erase Press 3
Exit Voice Mail Press 99

BUTTON

SPK Speakerphone

1. Press the SPK Button to initiate a Speaker Call
2. Press MIC Button to Mute the Microphone

LND

Last Number Redial
1. Press LND , View number on the Display
2. Access a Line

CALL1 and CALL2

Dual Line Appearance Keys
Gives you the ability to see/hear another call to your extension
Used to make Intercom Calls
1. Press CALL1, Extension Number, Speak

DND

Do Not Disturb
Prevents Ringing for Intercom Calls, Transferred Calls, External Calls

DIAL

Used for Access to your Company Speed Dialing Database
1. Press Dial
2. Enter Bin # 000-999
3. Access a Line (Press LOOP, 9, or Line Key, depending on your system design)

VOLUME

Regulates Volume on Speaker, Handset, Page, BGM, Ringing and Display Contrast
